Performance Motion Devices, Inc. (PMD) announces the release of VB-Motion, a COM /.NET compatible interface that simplifies the creation of Windows-based motion control software for motion-control-products. It is supplied with all Magellan-based motion control products, and is used to develop application software and to exercise a system’s hardware components.
VB-Motion motion control software provides a powerful Visual Basic object-oriented interface to the Magellan API and allows the developer to focus on writing high-level code to control the motion system. It can be easily integrated with any VB6 or VB.NET (including Microsoft VB.NET, Visual Studio.NET and Visual Studio 6) applications. Sample code is provided for developing custom communication interfaces.
